Wine
21km and 11.5km Senior runners will be given a free bottle of wine together with your medal at the finish of the race.

START TIMES:
• 21KM Trail Run starts at 8:00am
• 11.5KM Trail Run starts at 8:10am
• 4.5km Family Fun Trail Run starts at 8:20am

START AND FINISH: Cape Academy, Firgrove Road, Tokai
• Parking will be at The Cape Academy
• Prize giving for the 21km, 11.5km trail run and 4.5km fun run: 10:30am
• The number of entrants are limited
• Medals will be awarded to all finishers
• Tog bag security will be available
• Entry to the Wine Estates, apart from Groot Constantia, is strictly forbidden, other than for specified races.
• Substitutions will be allowed at an additional cost of R10
• Late entries will be permitted, assuming limited numbers are not reached, however there will be an additional charge of R10
